From gray whales to tidepools, Mark Hobson is passionate about the wilderness of the Pacific Northwest. Intimately familiar with his subjects, his paintings are an exciting blend of biological accuracy and a deep sensitivity for the places he depicts. Working from his remote floathouse studio, Mark's paintings are carefully crafted with light to bring out the magic in the parts of the west coast that are still wild.
