Bookings, reservations, guest services, and concierge services can all be handled at the Guest Reception Desk in our lobby. Individual customer service is what we are all about. We take exceptional care of our guests - one guest at a time.

Staff are courteous, cheerful, and efficient. Our Guest Service Representatives can arrange a room for you, book an appointment at the Ancient Cedars Spa, or make a reservation at the Pointe Restaurant.

They can also advise you on opportunities and services outside the Inn. Need to book a spot on a whale watching tour? We can do that for you. Questions about the local shops and galleries? Ask us. Need information on Pacific Rim National Park? No problem. Want a 3 or 4 day custom itinerary planned for your stay? Let us know and we will work with you to make it happen.
